Not all brands of 223 will convert to 300BLK because of case wall thickness. LC usually always works
Not real sure about the dispenser you have but in other brands it’s so the powder won’t compress on the rotor so it gets a more consistent even fill each throw
Now that I read up on the round I guess it’s possible. Why not just shoot a 6.5 Grendel? What is going to be the benefit of the 243 lbc over what’s already available?
The bushings are used just for sizing the neck. You get different bushings based n the thickness of the case wall at the mouth. Each die is caliber specific. I’ve never swapped around different...
Suppressors do not have room for all the gas sent to it so the left over gas after full capacity is still pushing the bullet. Now sub loads have way less gas so this theory may apply to them, but...
Well I learned this by purchasing a can and learning that what was subsonic isn’t after I put the can on. With regular super sonic loads my POI was about 1” higher than normal. So after some chrono...
The suppressor also acts as barrel length
When I was playing with the round. CFEBLK shines with the heavier bullets. H110 for the 100’s-125’s
It’s a McMillan stock. Yes it’s a full bull 1 3/8”. Action is a Trued 700 LA. I will prolly play with it like it is for a while to see how it does. Down the road it may end up being a 6mm whatever...
Pretty sure to 1/8 twist. Don’t know the round count and don’t really care. I only gave $400 for the gun like it sets

I know nothing about the round, but I snagged one on the cheap yesterday. Can you guys shed some light my way?
On the ground at a junk yard
Must be a Russian round?
Case length is .465”
No headstamp with a poorly cast bullet
1196
I found this and have no clue what it could be. OAL is .940”. Bullet diameter is .262-.275And it’s centerfire
Then what does crimping the bullet do?
So it’s a solution to a problem that never really existed?
Why was it even created?
Yeah a Colt is my least favorite of all. I cant see the cult following people have with them.
I agree 100%. Out of all the 1911’s I’ve worked on the springfields are about the easiest
Probably lapua but you will have to anneal it regularly
It was quite the show, I have a couple of bandaids myself as a bistander
