Mr Bulletfeeder parts

Last night I fell into a hell of a deal on a pair of Mr Bulletfeeders. One is brand new and the other is brand new but the dropper looks like it has been used very little. Both are in 9/38 and look like everything is there.

Does anyone have an actual parts list for one of these? I'm confused because each one has 2 of the spring tubes, one just slightly larger than the other. The DAA/Mr Bulletfeeder websites don't have a parts list. I ask because I will be keeping 1 and selling the other and want to make sure everything is there before I sell it to someone.
