Welcomed Surprise

So I head down to my reloading room or The Lab as I like to call it to finish making some rounds. I hear a voice from behind calling my name. “Hey Chris can we go to the range tomorrow if you’re feeling better?”

“Of course”

“Can we shoot some different guns?”

“Of course”

“Cool. When are you going to teach me to make bullets?”

“How about now? Then you can shoot your own”

It is great to see youngsters taking an interest in this sport/hobby. Lets face it, if they don't we probably have more troubles ahead than if they do. Way to do your part!

He did great! He learned a lot that day. He’s been depriming brass ever since! He’s got the bug I’m just letting him go at it at his own pace. He did say something “I’m not sure which I like more, making it or shooting it” which tells me he’s caught the fever for sure. Great day!!

Very good...

and how are you feeling?

Not great but hopefully on the road to recovery. Spent morning at the doctors and have bronchitis and strep. New meds seem to be helping a little bit already. Thanks for asking.

Had to do another round of steroids and antibiotics. X-ray shows no more fluid on my lungs but still have trace of strep and bronchitis is mostly gone. I feel it in morning but that’s it. Thanks for checking.
