Wes...I notice that the biz is in the Peoples Republic of Seattle. How are you doing surrounded by hordes of gun grabbers?
Criminey cripes! I once listened to some XMAS music by a group from Minnesota called Der Yoopers. Pretty good stuff and funny.
Welcome to the party....

I am new to the forum, and glad to be here.
Do some hunting, and a lot of range time. Handloading provides my ammo for those activities!
Glad to have this place Wes.
Regards, Guy
Wes & all, am over the hill from you in Wenatchee, Chelan County. You'd be welcome here. Very gun-friendly, two great rifle ranges just outside town.
So, if Seattle ever seems like... Well, like Seattle. ;) Come on over!
Regards, Guy
I'm new, crescent city,ca. Been loading 39 years off n on. Glad to be here.
Hi, my name is Jon, and I'm a Sageaholic.
Sorry, this is a repost of my original thread:
My first exposure to reloading was with Wes a number of years ago near Seattle. He taught me how to make some reduced recoil loads for my 30-30 so my then-newly-repaired right shoulder wouldn't get beat up by shooting it. I've been reloading for several years now, but still consider myself a novice. I started with Lee Loaders in 30-30 & .45 Colt, moved on to a hand press, then a bench mounted press (doesn't everyone?). On my Lee press, I reload for 30-30, 45 Colt, 7.62x54 Russian (my current favorite) and have dies, brass, primers and powder for half a dozen more calibers that I haven't started with yet. I just recently bought a ton of supplies for .45 ACP from a friend who shoots competitively since he's moved on to .38 Super(?) for his race gun(s) now. I'd like to try loading for .223, but don't have any brass for it yet. And I just recently won a S&W Performance Center Shield which I just love, but not the price of defensive ammo at more than $1 / each. I'd like to find some 147 grain HST equivalents to use as training rounds.
I'm ex-USN, with silver E's on my rifle & pistol badges if you know what that means.
I also make & sell EDC (Every Day Carry) pens, but don't know if it's kosher on here to advertise & sell them yet.
Hello from Michigan, just getting into reloading, been on my list of to do's for many yrs and seems like no time like the present, have a Lyman All-American press I bought second hand that is is out of the box newish very little use, have purchased my dies according to the rifles and pistols in my gun cabinet, will be stretching my legs here in the forums and read up some
Been reloading for a few years (but not in high volumes, yet) and bought several batches of brass from Wes in .45LC, .454 Casull, etc. Keep seeing posts about the forum and finally got around to signing up.
I've been a member on Facebook for years now but just started reloading less than 6 months ago. I've been accumulating equipment the whole time and I'm excited to begin using it all to. Now all I need is hours of time to reload everything I've been storing up. Thanks Wes for providing a place for new and experienced reloaders to learn more about the lifestyle (some might say hobby)! Also a shout out to this that help Wes keep the group going!

Welcome all new members since my last post!!!
Hey newbie here, been collecting reloading products for years, mostly older stuff. I have been reloading shotshells for a while and now just getting into rifle and pistol. The issues with FB lead me to here, thanks!!
Wes, glad to see you moved on from the Facebook Prison. I suggested the move to forums several times on FB. I've been on various online shooting forums since 2001 I'm glad that you have something where you have control over the content.
I’m much more active on a forum vs Facebook.
I’m very grateful for the time and money Wes spent on this forum.... and I know he has not come close to recouping the money yet.

I hate doing introduction posts, make me feel like I'm at an AA meeting (or in this case, RA - Reloaders Anonymous! :-D )
"Uh, yeah, hi. My name's Wolf, and I'm a reloader..."
Been reloading for a few years now. I've got a couple MEC presses in 12 and 20 gauge that I need to get set up, mostly I've been using Lee Loaders. I've got one in .357 mag and .30 carbine that I've had for years and never got the chance to use, one in 9mm that I haven't used yet, and one in 6.5mm Swedish that had cranked out a wide variety of loads.
I'm looking forward to learning lots and lots of good information and neat tricks for when I can talk my wife into springing for a press - I'm a simple man, and a decent single-stage would make me a VERY Happy Camper!
Been a longtime member of the Facebook group, just joined the forum.
I've got a Hornady LnL AP, a MEC 600jr, and a couple Herters Super Model 3 presses.
Hello from southern Indiana. I have been reloading for less than a year. Loading mostly 9mm and .223.
Thanks Wes. The FB group was okay, until the Thought Police showed up and started dictating what was and was not 'acceptable'. MeWe's not bad, but for me, both of them have one VERY huge flaw - they're both JavaScript heavy. Forums, old as they may be, are still the best option (imnsho) because they can be searched.
There's been quite a few times when I've done a Google search, and it's pulled up results from forums that were originally posted almost 20 years ago! ;-)
