It sounds like the brass is springing back after sizing. I would try sizing once then turning brass 90 degrees and sizing again. It my not help at all but that is what I would try.
What would happen if you took the complete expander ball and primer punch stem out of your resize die. Slightly cam over and give it a try. --- SAWMAN
Ok fellas. My dad had a set of RCBS dies. I just tried them. They work. The brass slides right in the gauge and finally fit my chamber.
The Hornady Custom Grade resizing die just didn’t work for me in my Rockchucker.
Problem solved.
