My cholesteral just jumped a ton !!
I just got the Masterbuilt electric one, I like it but takes a long time to preheat.. So far I have done a beercan chicken and a St. louis style ribs. Check out Malcomb doing ribs right on youtube, You won't be disappointed!!
The bacon wrapped one was butterflied and filled with cream cheese jalapeño spread. Absolutely amazing.

I used
8oz of room temp cream cheese
6 jalapeños diced
Chilly powder
Garlic mince
I used a mixer until it was about the color of a medium rare meat, because I like it spicy. Spread it in a butterflied loin and wrap it in bacon. I put the cut side up so I didn’t lose the heart attack waiting to happen goodness.
