168 gn Z- MAX last test

Loaded 45 168 gn z-max ,2.80 OAL, in Lapua once fired brass with a Winchester primer last night. Started at 42.0 gn of varget in. 2 Gn increments laddered up to 43.4 Gn. You'll notice I sighted my gun in towards the end and it's been awhile since I shot so I pulled a few. The more powder, the better they shot. 43.4 Gn grouped the best and even a light factory crimped on one string improved it. 44.0 Gn is max in the hornady book. So I'm going to climb the ladder a little higher and see what'll happen.
