Too Much Tape

I bought a Dillon 550 from a trusted seller online last Monday, and when I didn't receive it by Friday I requested the tracking number. He messaged me today saying that his local USPS was holding the package for an "excessive amount of tape." I had to laugh because the only thing I could think of us the packages sent out by Wes Sage. LMAO. He sent me a pic of this paper given to him by the postmaster.
