depending the overall condition and how smooth the action works there a good range starting at 250 and up . to start there are some auction sites that you possible get a better price. There a local gun shop that usually gives about 60 % of the value of a fire arm in trade for the purchase of a new one or one that is ordered.
In CA probably 250 all day long, if you were willing to wait for the right buyer maybe 400.
You gotta think a builder might give you $250 for just the action. But not many people are looking for a used 30-06 when Savage and Ruger is pumping out rifles on the cheap.
