Anneal 300 BLK converted brass?

Do you all always anneal your converted 300 BLK brass? Is it required?

If you do, what do you use?

I’ve heard conflicting information so wondering what the consensus here is...

I get my brass from Wes and he said it isn't necessary. Never had any issues.

1000’s and 1000’s of rounds without annealing and never a problem.

I never anneal my 300blk brass. Haven't had any problems with case mouth splits either.
