Ruger m77/22 hornet reamed 22 K hornet barrel

I have a blued barrel for a m77/22 that is a 22 k hornet. I purchased a gun and this barrel came with it. These guys are threaded so I don't believe they will work in the rimfire actions. Unknown round count but is it possible to wear out a hornet? If interested text is best or email. I can send any info and pics or what ever is needed.
