Ran across a local guy selling 3, 1# cans of BL-C2 for $70. I've never used this powder. What are the best rounds to load with it. I load .223, .308, 6.8SPC, and 30-06. Figured I'd stock up a little since this isn't a bad price. At least I don't think it's too bad in today's reloading environment.
BLC-2 works well in 223, 308, and 30-06. I’m not sure about 6.8. Check in hogdgons website for the bullet weight you want to use, in those calibers. Ive personally only used it in 8x57 with 185gr bullets, it was very accurate and gave me good velocities.

There’s no listed data on hodgdons site for it with 6.8spc, but it works well in the others listed, maybe on the faster end for ‘06 though.

Well, thanks for that. Looks like I'll have something to do for a while longer now. I've already got loads developed with H335, X-terminator and CFE223 for the .223. Why not load for a 4th powder? It'll be fun and keep me busy. Thanks for the info, guys.
