Custom accessories

Not selling anything right yet, but was curious how many of you currently run or are interested in running custom stuff?

I have a nice mill and lathe in my shop that I'd like to put to work and I'm looking for ideas. Off the top of my head, custom billet loading trays, lever knobs, mounting plates, what would you grab if you could get it?
