A few years back (probably 10 )i remember reading an article about a custom built .458 socom on a 700 action with a comp m2 on top. in the article the user hunted either a sheep or pig. I think it was built by patriot arms before they became APA, does anyone else remember this and have the article or build specs.
Do you simply just prefer this chambering in a bolt gun or do you have another reason for building a big(er) bore bolt gun ?? --- SAWMAN
Well I just like the way that gun looked and it would be a project rifle. I also need functionality, I am not a fan of 300 blk and cant justify a creed or another lapua, but if i can get build specs this would be i could do this over time.
