If you already have a powder in mind, check the powder manufacturer's website for load data.
Here is one load from Hodgdons website.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...a1d9288f84.jpg

The reason for the question is there are 3 different listings for a 45-70 in the Lyman book. Its because there's loads for three different rifles. You don't wanna load from an 1886 winchester and 1895 marlin data for a trapdoor or any other old style rifle. Things can go bad quick. With that said here's the load data for the Winchester and marlin and the second picture is for the ruger#1 and #3 rifle. Theres no 350gr data for a Springfield in this book. If you like shooting cast here's a good book to load from. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...81a64a01e1.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...d96ffb21c7.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...35415bc2bf.jpg

Here is Oregon trail load data off of loaddata.com. These are all for 350gr cast. There is marlin data and trapdoor data. Both will be safe in your rifle. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...421444f2ea.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...76d755a47f.jpg
Hope this helps.
