I'll tell you its a really hot load but I use to load 36gr of IMR3031. I had started working on a load with Varget but I ended up selling my 22-250.

The 3031 was behind a 55gr bullet. I shot it out of 5 different rifles and all of them shot it extremely accurate. However it wore the brass out really quick. About 3 to 4 reloads and the primer pocket was enlarged to the point of they'd fall out. I'd definitely try more Varget. Just find what the gun likes and go with it.

Iv had really good luck with 36gr of Varget and 50/55gr Zmax. 38-39 grains of H380 and 50gr Zmax works great to. Maybe start around there.
