Hodgdon 50BMG Powder

Looking to buy a couple lbs of this powder if anyone has any connections. About everywhere ive looked is out of stock and have heard its being discontinued.

Wonder how much haz-mat fee would be, im sure youre no where bear VA?

You have to be licensed to ship Hazmat, and no private party I know is licensed unfortunately
