Will it effect the round if corn cob media is stuck in the hollow point after tumbling a finished round? I am using 69gr Sierra match kings in a AR. I prefer to tumble after to give them a final shine.

I don't like it and think it will have an effect.

Probably won’t get in trouble with the bullets you mentioned but you can get in trouble with bullet designed to expand. Some rely on hydraulic pressure to open the petals, if you plug off the nose, it won’t expand or may not expand as quickly.

I have never worried about getting media inside a HP cavity. Even back in the day when I was shooting some of the big hole HP's like the .284",115gr Speers outta my 7mm Rem Mag.
