You should start with what the manual says and adjust it to what your gun will allow and what it likes to shoot.

Exactly. I once had 3 Ruger blackhawk 45's. All three shot the same powder and bullet but we're all different charges. Yes it's a little aggrevating having to keep them all separate and labeled but it's the nature of the beast.

I would start at 1.150 COL and move up or down from there. That is what my data tells me anyway. I load them and they shoot and feed good

I have decided to stop loading 9mm, for now anyway.
It’s pretty cheap to buy right now, so, for as infrequently as I use it, I’m better off buying it and collecting the brass.
.380 on the other hand.....
Lots of guys must be doing that. I have 9mm brass for sale in here. No one wants it so I am going to load it and hoard it for when the green beret comes for me
