30/40 Krag

Anyone have any loads for the 30/40 Krag they like?

Both my dad and I collected military rifles and shot at Camp Perry for years together before he passed away. I added his collection which included the Krag to mine. I have the dies and supplies but have not touched the Krag yet. Kind of left that one sitting there waiting for the time it felt right as this was a very special rifle find for him. This was always our thing reloading, anything Military (him Army me Marines) , competitive shooting. Heck even for my kids starting at 5 he was giving them 03' M1's and M1 carbines.

I shot one I loved - owned and loaded for by Madpick (this site - unknown status, and Waguns.net) who used powder coated cast bullets at reduced loads.
More accurate than my eyes can use. Very pleasant shooting and no angst about abusing a rifle that was made before heat treating was an exact science.
