Sources for powder-coated bullets in calibers for dummy training rounds

I am building a large number of dummy rounds for our women-only pistol training programs. From Amazon, most of the dummy rounds are ~$1 each.

Is it possible to buy ~100 brightly-colored powder coated bullets (boolits) in each of 9mm, .380, .38, .357, .45, .223? Ideally i'd like to have each one a different color. Happy to purchase commercially or from another reloader.
