This is my son David, He is an 11B Sergent in the Wa National Guard, On Aug 31st he was on his way home from work [2nd shift] after completing his first day back to work after spending nearly a month in eastern Washington fighting the wildfires. His car was hit from behind at high speed by an intoxicated driver, who is uninsured. David was only able to get out of the wreckage with help of a witness, his injuries include a broken neck, lacerations and 3rd degree burns. Earlier in July David had sold his primary car and bought a motorcycle, so the car he was driving only carried liability, he hadn't had the chance to bump up the coverage. So now he is left with thousands of dollars in medical bills, My wife and I are working on getting him another to drive when he recovers enough to be able to drive, but, he needs help with the medical end.
