I’ll admit I’ve never used walnut. Everyone says it is more for cleaning and corncob is more for polishing. I always take dirty brass and sonic clean after depriming, dry, size, trim, deburr, chamfer then tumble and load. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...7a20f8a9e3.jpg

Can't beat a dry tumbler for polishing. I've put brass in mine that i figured would never clean up. Ran it overnight and to my surprise it looked like new.
